Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect on kiralai.com.tr and how we use it. For how personal data is processed under Turkish data protection law, see the Privacy Notice.
1. What we collect
Simply browsing the site does not give us anything that identifies you. When you submit a form we store only what you wrote in it and which page the submission came from.
2. Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing beyond what the site strictly needs is placed without your consent. If we add an analytics tool to count visitors, we will update this policy.
3. Forms
Submissions from the waiting list, pilot application and investor contact forms are written to our database over an encrypted connection. We collect nothing beyond the fields shown, and we use an invisible field to filter out automated submissions.
4. Security
Only team members who need it for their work can access the data. Transfers are encrypted with TLS, and access is logged. In the event of a breach we will notify you and the Turkish Data Protection Authority within the period the law requires.
5. Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure to host the site and store form submissions. These providers process your data solely to provide that service to us.
6. Children
Our service is not directed at anyone under eighteen. If we learn we have collected such data unknowingly, we delete it immediately.
7. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of the page. For significant changes we also notify registered users.
